Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including descriptions, photos, location, access, volume, weight, labor required, disposal needs, and job complexity.
Any quote provided before an in-person inspection or final review is an estimate only. Final pricing may change if the actual job differs from the information provided, including but not limited to:
- More items than originally described
- Heavier materials
- Difficult access
- Stairs or long carrying distances
- Hazardous or restricted materials
- Additional labor required
- Extra disposal fees
- Changes requested by the customer
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate price changes before completing additional work.
Scheduling and Availability
Scheduling is based on availability, location, weather, job size, and crew capacity.
We do our best to arrive within the agreed time window, but arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, previous jobs, equipment issues, disposal facility delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customer Responsibilities
By requesting service, you agree that:
- You have the legal right or permission to request removal, hauling, demolition, or clearing of the items or property involved.
- You will provide accurate information about the job.
- You will provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
- You will identify any fragile, valuable, restricted, unsafe, or hazardous items before work begins.
- You will secure pets, children, and other people away from the work area.
- You will notify us of any property concerns, underground utilities, hidden hazards, weak structures, or access limitations.
HD Hauling is not responsible for delays, added costs, or damage caused by inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, hidden hazards, or lack of access.
Items We May Not Accept
We reserve the right to refuse any item or material for safety, legal, disposal, or operational reasons.
Items we may not accept include, but are not limited to:
- Hazardous waste
- Chemicals
- Paint, fuel, oil, or flammable liquids
- Propane tanks
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing materials
- Medical waste
- Human or animal waste
- Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
- Illegal items
- Materials prohibited by disposal facilities or law
If you are unsure whether we can take an item, please ask before service begins.
Demolition and Land Clearing
Demolition and land clearing services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for informing HD Hauling about any known structural issues, utilities, underground lines, permits, property boundaries, ownership concerns, or safety risks.
HD Hauling may refuse or stop work if a job appears unsafe, outside the agreed scope, or requires permits, licenses, equipment, or professional services beyond what was originally discussed.
Payment
Payment terms will be provided before or at the time of service.
Payment may be due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may vary.
Failure to pay may result in collection efforts, additional fees, refusal of future service, or other remedies allowed by law.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, crew availability, access problems, or other circumstances outside our control.
Property Damage
HD Hauling will make reasonable efforts to complete work safely and carefully.
However, hauling, removal, demolition, and clearing work can involve heavy items, tight spaces, outdoor terrain, and physical labor. By hiring us, you understand that minor wear, marks, or disturbance may occur during service.
HD Hauling is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Weak, damaged, or unstable structures
- Poor access
- Hidden hazards
- Items that break due to age, weight, or condition
- Customer-provided instructions that create risk
- Conditions not disclosed before work begins
Any damage concern must be reported promptly.
Before and After Photos
HD Hauling may take photos of job sites, items, debris, or completed work for internal records, estimates, proof of completion, training, marketing, or advertising.
We will make reasonable efforts not to display addresses, private personal information, license plates, or identifiable people without permission.
If you do not want job photos used for marketing, please tell us in writing before or during service.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, forms, or communication systems. You may not attempt to interfere with website security, submit false information, upload harmful files, or use our website for unlawful purposes.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, belongs to HD Hauling or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
No Guarantee of Results
We aim to provide reliable, professional service, but we do not guarantee that every item can be removed, every area can be cleared, or every job can be completed exactly as requested.
Service depends on safety, access, disposal rules, equipment, weather, labor needs, and job conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HD Hauling and Disposal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
